ROHEES Releases New Single “DEMONS,” A Raw Reflection on Life’s Invisible Battles
Nigerian artist ROHEES has released his latest single, “DEMONS,” a raw and personal record that explores the struggles, pressure and uncertainty that often come with everyday life.
On “DEMONS,” ROHEES reflects on the battles people face behind the scenes, touching on heartbreak, disappointment, missed opportunities, financial pressure, loss and the uncertainty of not knowing what tomorrow holds.
Blending English, Nigerian Pidgin and Yoruba, ROHEES delivers a deeply relatable story of survival and self-reflection. The song captures the reality of trying to keep moving forward while dealing with challenges that may not always be visible to the people around you.
The “demons” in the song are not literal. They represent the fears, doubts, pain, pressure and personal struggles that can stand in the way of the life people hope to build. Through the record, ROHEES gives attention to these invisible battles while also highlighting the importance of belief and perseverance.
One of the central ideas in “DEMONS” is the decision to keep believing even when the outcome is unclear. ROHEES reflects on showing up repeatedly and holding on to what you believe in, even before you can see the result.
Produced and mixed by Danexx, “DEMONS” combines an introspective message with a street-rooted Afrobeats sound. The production gives ROHEES room to move between vulnerability and determination while keeping the record grounded in his storytelling style.
With “DEMONS,” ROHEES presents a more personal side of his artistry, turning real-life experiences and observations into a record that speaks to anyone navigating their own struggles.
“DEMONS” by ROHEES is available now on all major music streaming platforms.
